From beautiful fjords to underground roundabouts this DLC is a serious show-stopper when it comes to scenery. Scandinavia includes three countries, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, and they look absolutely gorgeous. It's not my personal favorite DLC anymore, but it's still really high up there, and one of my favorite places to drive around in. Best first DLC is 100% Scandinavia, no question.
